From time to time updates to our control panel cause the webmail application to revert back to the default (Horde). In some cases these upgrades will disable webmail for your website entirely causing webmail.yourdomain.com to load a CWP or CentOS/RedHat default page.

To re-enable webmail or select the webmail app of your choosing, complete the following steps:

1. Login to CWP
2. Choose Mail or Mail Accounts then the "Mail Settings" button
3. Select the webmail application of your choosing in the provided dropdown
4. Click OK or Save to save your changes

If the webmail app you were previously using isn't listed, please open a support ticket so we can correct this issue.
