1: What is the email address to contact the billing department for billing related issues?
You can contact our billing department via sending an email at 'billing[at]msrack[dot]com'.


2: What are the methods of payment?

We accept payment from Bank transfer BCA. The other payment method is Indonesia payment gateway, PayPal or Bitcoin. You can also setup a subscription payment for your hosting order via PayPal.

  

3: What payment terms are available to complete the payment?
There are 6 general terms available to complete the payment. Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annually, Annually, Bi-annually and Triennially.


4: Is my Credit Card information safe with you?
We do not store your Credit Card information. We are using the services of PayPal, the authorized payment processors. Your Credit Card information will be totally secured.


5: Can I pay over the phone?
No, we do not accept payments over the phone.


6: How do I update my email and contact information?
You can change your admin email address and contact information by two ways. You can change it by login to your billing manager area OR you can also contact us to change it on behalf of you by providing new details to us via an email [[email protected]] from your existing admin email address.
