If someone trying to send you email gets this error, simply disable and re-enable all affected mail accounts for the domain.
- Log in to CWP
- Click on the problematic domain in the list at the bottom.
- Choose the "Mail" icon
- Click on the "Disable" lever icon at the top
- Click on the "Enable lever icon at the top
The problem should now be resolved!
